Do you accept insurance? What are your rates for treatment?
Health and accident insurance policies are an arrangement between an insurance carrier and yourself. Shiyan Zhang, Ying Wang L.Ac. will prepare necessary reports and forms to assist you in receiving the coverage by your insurance company for the treatment. Any co-payment required by your insurance company or payment for non-insured patient is expected at the time of the visit.
Rates for treatment are as follows:
- Fees are $90 per session. Sessions usually run longer than an hour and do typically include not only acupuncture but also include cupping, accupressure, etc., with no extra fees for these extra treatments.
- If there is not insurance coverage, the fee is $75 (though the first treatment is always $90). You can buy six (6) treatments prepaid for $420.
Payment is by cash or check only, please.
